Because Steve also runs your performance testing, your treatment plan can reference what your body is actually doing in training. No explaining your programme to someone who has never seen your data.

Common questions

Which session length should I book?
30 minutes works for a focused area. 60 minutes covers a full lower-body session. 90 minutes is for pre- or post-race full-body work with compression.
Will it hurt?
Deep tissue can be intense, but it should never feel like damage. Steve adjusts pressure throughout and will always work within what your body can usefully absorb.
Can I combine recovery with a test or coaching session?
Yes — many athletes book recovery after a test day or stack a short mobility session before a coaching check-in. Ask when booking and we'll block the time.
