Steve’s background is on the pitch and in the treatment room — not in a generic wellness brochure. He has worked with footballers at different clubs, understanding the load, contact, and recovery demands that team sport puts on a body week after week.
That work led into sports massage therapy: hands-on treatment built around how someone actually trains and competes, not a standard list of strokes applied regardless of context. Steve has also studied recovery methods in depth, including cold water plunging, to understand what helps the body bounce back and what is just trend.
Alongside athletes, Steve has worked with aging people who want to regain mobility — people who stopped moving the way they used to and need a plan that respects where they are now, not where they were twenty years ago. The goal is the same in every case: move better, recover properly, and keep doing the things that matter to you.
