Structured coaching for running, strength, and race-day pacing — built from your test data when you have it, or from a structured assessment when you don’t.

Steve works with club runners, first-time marathoners, and lifters who want their conditioning to match their strength work. Plans are adjusted week to week based on how you’re actually responding, not a template pulled off a shelf.

Common questions

Do I need a VO2 test first?
Not always — but if you have test data, your plan is built around your actual thresholds rather than generic pace charts.
How often should I book?
Most athletes check in every 1–2 weeks during a build block. Race prep may be more frequent; off-season can be monthly.
Is this online or in person?
Sessions are available in person at the lab or via video call. Training plans are delivered through a shared document you can access anytime.
